PR Series Rasper is a special crushing equipment developed for cassava starch production line, also compatible with potato and sweet potato materials. It adopts SS304 stainless steel and carbon steel frame structure, balancing strength and hygiene requirements. The drum diameter is unified as Φ840, width divided into 350/500/600 grades to match different capacity needs. High linear speed rotating design ensures complete cell breaking and reduces starch residue in fiber. Compact structure and small installation space make it suitable for new line and old line renovation projects.
